Our patient was given a temporary filling for a month because his extensive decay made it uncertain whether the tooth could be saved. In the end, a restoration was used to treat the tooth and avoid root canal treatment. For the sake of a sterile environment, the treatment was performed in a cofferdam isolation. We treated our patient's broken incisor with restoration. A lifelike, completely natural tooth colour was achieved. The treatment was carried out in a cofferdam isolation, which makes the mouth and teeth feel a little dry after treatment, but this disappears quickly.
