The iPlus laser resection is an effective and gentle solution for removing the root tip at the back molars. Using the world-leading Biolase dental laser, the procedure is much less invasive than traditional root canal treatment with a drill. After the laser procedure, the healing period is shorter and swelling and pain are significantly reduced. iPlus laser resection can also be used effectively to remove molar (buccal roots). The treatment is concluded with a retrograde root canal for the best possible results.
